Refund Policy
At Hooksnap, our focus is on delivering a reliable, high-quality service and consistently enhancing the experience for our users. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend fully reviewing and testing our features before making a purchase decision.
What's NOT Refundable
- Consumed credits — Credits already used for thumbnail generation cannot be refunded.
- Rolled-over credits — Any credits carried forward from a previous billing cycle through our Credit Rollover feature (available on Starter, Pro, and Agency plans) are treated the same as consumed or active credits and are non-refundable.
- Payment processing fees — Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Credit Rollover Policy
Credit Rollover is available exclusively on Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Unused credits from your current billing cycle will automatically roll over to the next cycle upon renewal. Credit Rollover does not apply to Free plans. Rolled-over credits hold no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited upon cancellation or downgrade to a non-eligible plan.
Processing Time
Refunds, where applicable, are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid. Any remaining credits, including rolled-over credits, will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew and all unused credits — including rolled-over credits — will be forfeited.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Polar as our Merchant of Record. Polar handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund transactions on our behalf.
